Non-working Price

Reduced price	A reduced price will be offered for mobile phones that have any faults ranging from charger port not working, keypad damage, camera or microphone or earpiece damage, PIN locked, battery missing, broken cracked or snapped hinges etc to more serious faults such as LCD damage, mobile phones that do not power on or have severe water damage. Mobile phones need to be assessed on a case by case basis.
Beyond economical repair	Zero value will be offered to non repairable mobile phones. For example, snapped or crushed or in more than one piece.
Lost, Stolen or Blocked mobile phones	Lost, Stolen or Blocked mobile phones have zero value. Your mobile phone will be quarantined for 28 days unless the red flag is removed from the CheckMEND database.
